If you were unable to attend QuiltCon, you can still pretend you were there! The Fat Quarter Shop has shared a video of Lisa Calle's demonstration on modern quilting with pre-cuts. She shows how to create improv curves using layer cakes and gives a preview of sewing with our latest pre-cut - the Honeycomb. Click {

I love the name of this one! My curves would definitely not improve with any kind of cake :)
Very nicely done; I can't wait to try it.
what kind of starch do you use?
I am so excited to do this! I have avoided this sort of thing for a long time just because I don't know how to do it. Thanks! XO
Lisa, I love these funky little squares, and especially love the retro blue/yellow fabrics you used in your photo - I think they are a perfect match! Could you please tell me what collection they are from? Thanks
Wonderful ! I think Lisa should do a class on Craftsy with Moda pre cuts :)
This is absolutely fantastic! I can't wait to try it. I've been hoarding an old Ruby layer and think this is a perfect project to use it.
Great tutorial....I had so much fun slicing and stitching my improve curve blocks. You made it so easy!
