Flashback Friday: Cartwheels Quilt

mbs-fbf-carthweel-quilt

Easy and jelly roll friendly! This Flashback Friday quilt comes to us all the way from 2011.

Jelly roll quilts are perfect if you have some gifting on the horizon. This one sews up relatively quickly and looks good in just about any fabric you’d like to use.

Fabric shown is Jen Kingwells’ latest offering – Moving On Lawns. These fabrics are retro but also modern in a lovely and soft cotton lawn.

    Hi Oda Mae,

Did you use lawn for the background? I’m thinking of making this lovely quilt, and wanted to know if I should buy some white lawn yardage to be the background.

    Thanks, Linda
