Today we have a special seasonal project from Chef Mary Andra Holmes! This Halloween mini quilt is perfect for your favorite seasonal fabrics – fat quarters and layer cakes work wonderfully! This adorable Halloween quilt would be extra special in Moda wool!
Hi there! Halloween Candy Stars is a sweet little quilt made with one mini charm pack and a bit of yardage.
This little quilt finishes at 18″ square – perfect for a mini quilt or make it into a pillow!
Hi! I’m Kristin Esser from Simple. Handmade. Everyday. and I have a deep and abiding love for all things tea. From the ceremony of it, to the delicate tea cups and tea pots, to the beautiful utility of the tea cozy. I have several teapots, all different sizes and shapes, and they all need different size tea cozies to keep that cuppa warm while you chat with a friend.
So, instead of a tutorial on how to make a tea cozy for my teapot, I thought it would be more useful to give you some instructions on how to make a tea cozy to fit any teapot. And if you are anything like me, you’ll need more than one.
Happy Fall! I am Barbara Esposito, The Quilted B, and it is so good to be back at the Moda Bake Shop. This quilt block was inspired by my mom, Mary. She was an amazing seamstress, initially out of need, but as time went on out of pure love for the craft. She won many Blue Ribbons at our state fair over the years, and no Christmas went by without matching party dresses and PJ’s for my nieces and their dolls.
Hey there! I’m Jen Daly and I’m thrilled to be back at the Moda Bake Shop today with a new Moda Candy project for fall. Turning Leaves features a variation of a Tree of Life block set on point and surrounded by a pieced border. And at 18½” square, it’s a great size to finish either as a mini quilt or as a fun pillow like mine. I made my project with Jo Morton’s “Spice It Up” collection—her beautiful and colorful prints are just perfect for fall!
Now let’s get started!
Hello! It’s Amanda of Pieced Just Sew and I am excited to be back today with a new tutorial! I got to work with the gorgeous new collection from Lella Boutique called Garden Variety and working with these fabrics reminded me of growing up in rural Pennsylvania and exploring outside during the summers. While the fabric may have a summery feel, this large throw quilt will be perfect for snuggling up as the cooler fall weather moves in!
Hi, Everyone! I’m Jessica (@jessicadayon) and I’m here to take you through my newest tutorial today on Moda Bake Shop. This quilt is called Lovely. I designed it with Farmhouse II by Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree Quilts. I was so inspired by all of the pretty prints in this line and I just adore how they look together and how this quilt came out! Let’s get started!
